Papagayo Beach Resort (Adults Only), Willemstad

I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the location is stunning with easy beach access and great pools, the service could use some serious improvement. My room was spacious and modern, but there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from my stay. Overall, it was a decent value for money but with several areas that need attention.

My week at the resort was absolutely fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade with a stunning ocean view and a spacious balcony. The staff was remarkably attentive, especially at the specialty restaurant where I enjoyed an exquisite meal. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach with lovely bars and restaurants nearby. However, I did encounter some service issues as the reception didn't cater to a particular request, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at Papagayo Beach Resort had some amazing highlights, like the friendly staff and stunning villas, but there were definitely some areas that need improvement, particularly with the dining options and pool maintenance. While I enjoyed the beach access and the overall setting, the resort's management could focus on providing a more memorable experience for guests.
